Provide detailed contact information as well as the specifics of how they can place their orders. Mention any additional safety precautions you are taking during this time.

 

2. Maintain customer relationships

Even if you can’t be together in person, keep the conversation flowing online. Respond to your Facebook Messages and Instagram direct messages right from your Facebook Page inbox. You may want to set up automated responses for frequently asked questions such as hours or how to place an order.

 

3. Try out online events!

If you have to cancel an event, consider hosting it online instead. Go live on Facebook and Instagram and take your customers behind the scenes. Even if you didn’t have to cancel an event, you can go live to host a Q&A, interview a customer, explain your products or services, or show your fans how to do something!
